David LaPlante
I’m Chief LaPlante, and I’m honored to serve our community as your Chief of Police. With over 28 years of law enforcement experience right here in Raynham, including 12 years in leadership roles, I bring a deep commitment to our town and its residents. As a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran, I understand the importance of service, integrity, and teamwork.
My journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set in leadership and municipal management, and I’m proud to hold advanced degrees in public administration and criminal justice. Together, we can foster a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in Raynham.
